Well, another weekend has come and almost gone. We had a great weekend. Pop and I went to the lake on Friday night, mowed the grass and did some cleaning up. He caught 2 nice catfish off the dock Friday night and we ate them today (they were great). Rob, Sara, Emmy and John Robert came up on Saturday and we all went for a boat ride, it was John Robert's 1st and he seemed in enjoy it, in spite of being so sleepy he fell asleep while we were riding. Emmy has always loved to ride the boat. I have a new camera and I enjoyed taking pictures of everybody as well as some nature shots, I am going to try and post some later.

Memorial Day

We had a wonderful memorial day in spite of the rain. Rob, Sara and John Robert came down to pick up Emmy and stayed to visit for a while. We sure did enjoy them as always! See what happens when you spend the night with Grammy, you get to go outside in your pajamas and play in the rain! Mr. John Robert looking "Very" kool!

We have had a wonderful day today. Pop and I went to Gantt Baptist Church for John Robert's dedication, it was very special. I really appreciate Rob and Sara for raising Emmy and John Robert to love our Lord Jesus Christ. We went for Kingston and Zadie's dedication several weeks ago, it means so much that our children are raising their children to love Jesus. After church our beautiful and talented daughter in law Sara, invited us to lunch, it was wonderful. I love you Sara, you are so good to us!! Emmy came on home with me and Pop and we have had a good afternoon visiting my dad (two-daddy) and watching some movies. We are all looking forward to having the day off tomorrow. I think the girls are headed out of town for a shopping trip, we always enjoy that! Thanks to Sara I have been able to post of pictures and a playlist on my blog, I'm sure I will asking for a lot of help with this blog!
